Each Service Assignment (SA) includes several fields, both required and optional, to provide detailed tracking. Here’s an overview of each field:
Unique identifier for each SA, auto-generated by ToolKeeper.
Required, unique identifier for each assignment within the tenant.
Optional descriptive name for the job or assignment.
Specifies the assignment type (e.g., Jobsite, Stockroom, Employee).
Boolean flag for active status (default: true).
Optional contact number associated with the assignment.
Optional notes for additional details about the assignment.
Tenant reference, linking the SA to a specific tenant.
Each SA records timestamps for:
ToolKeeper indexes the jobNumber
field with the tenant
field to ensure unique job
numbers within each tenant, supporting multi-tenant usage.
